Kyla Pratt is in the Christmas spirit and not just because she stars in the upcoming Lifetime holiday movie Lets meet Again on Christmas Eve. Like many of us, Pratt cooked Thanksgiving dinner listening to classic Christmas music, broke out her tree and eyed the onsie she wants to wear while waiting up to play Santa. “Absolutely dressing down this year,” she says. “Comfy and cozy. Christmas onesie of course.”
After a grueling year, Pratt agrees “Christmas is Definitely needed.” We caught up with the joyful actress about the holidays, her romantic return to Lifetime and the decision to cut her hair.
“I started the Christmas music while cooking Thanksgiving dinner! Already have our tree. Just ready to start fireplace and cozy up with family while singing Jackson 5 christmas album,” says Pratt in an e-mail exchange. She plans on spending the season, at home with her family. “Gotta stay safe especially during holiday season,” she adds.

Pratt stars as Corinne in Lets meet Again on Christmas Eve — a lighthearted film about old college sweethearts who rekindle their flame on…well…Christmas Eve.
“Lets meet Again on Christmas Eve absolutely captures the Christmas magic,” she explains. “Love, joy, romance, and the best Christmas decorations ever!”
Pratt is obviously a great choice to play a former college student since she hasn’t aged in years. Her secret? Laughter.” I always joke,” she reveals. “Drinking enough water and minding your business” helps too.
She recently debuted a bold new do just in time for the holidays, which she says was a much-needed change. “I realized I was hiding behind my hair and I wanted to see how it felt to switch it up and let go a little.”
