The First Lady Gets An Action Figure
The Michelle Obama Action Figure, made by Jailbreak Toys, is now available for order. The dolls retail for $12.99 a piece and are due to in stores November 20.
Jason Feinberg, creator of the toys, said more than 3,000 of the dolls had been sold in pre-release orders since August. And though, the company has sold more than 200,000 of its President Obama action figures, it expects Mrs. Obama’s doll to surpass those sales.
The figure is 6″ tall, has six points of articulation, and is packaged in a window box with original art.
“I think it says that she’s extraordinarily popular, and people like her no matter what’s going on at the political level,” Feinberg, told the NY Daily News.
