Looks like Rihanna and pop upstart Ke$ha will be hunting for rude boys together this summer. Today Rihanna announced that the two, along with rap femme fatale Nicki Minaj, will go on tour this July. Hitting all major cities across North America to promote her latest album, Rated R, the tour is titled Last Girl On Earth.
