According to the U.K. Sun, Michael Jackson was recently diagnosed with skin cancer after doctors found spots of skin cancer on his upper body and pre-cancerous cells on his face.
A source said: “Michael’s tests showed spots of skin cancer on his body, and cells which could turn to skin cancer on his face.”

Michael’s camp is denying the rumors. A spokesman for Michael Jackson is denying a report the singer has skin cancer, insisting he is in “the best of health.”
“He is great,” Dr. Tohme Tohme told the Daily News on Saturday. “He’s in perfect health … he doesn’t have any diseases whatsoever.”
