Jay-Z Shares Raw Footage Of Beyonce’s “American Idol” Rehearsal
Beyonce debuted her new song “1+1” for the first time on the “American Idol” finale Wednesday night. We loved her performance, but we love her dressing room rehearsal even more!
Hubby Jay-Z recorded his wife prepping before hitting the stage and the raw footage – no lighting or sound effects – is phenomenal. Even Jay, himself, was in awe; he wrote on his blog:
“Sometimes you need perspective. You’ve been right in front of greatness so often that you need to step back and see it again for the first time. This is the dressing room rehearsal for American Idol. NO MICROPHONE. No effects.”
