The 2018 amFAR Gala was held on Wednesday evening in New York City at Cipriani Wall Street. amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, is an international non-profit that supports AIDS research, HIV prevention, advocacy, treatment education, and more. Kenneth Cole is the chairman of the board. The organization honored Director and Producer Lee Daniels. He was introduced by his longtime friend, Queen Latifah.
