Vivica Fox got engaged to her boyfriend Slimm over the holidays. The Atlanta club promoter, 27, proposed to the actress, 46, the day after Christmas with an 8-karat ring.
They have been dating for just over a year, and were staying at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach when he popped the question.
