VIDEO: Neffe Gives Birth To Baby Girl
Keyshia Cole’s sister, Neffe, has given birth to her 5th child, a baby girl named Nayla Noel Lavern Lower. Nayla was born in the ATL on September 10th and weighed in at 5 pounds 7 ounces and measuring 17 inches long.
In true celeb fashion, Neffe introduced her baby girl to the masses via You Tube.
