What do you do when you have the whole internet buzzing over your supposed feud with your co-worker? Well if you’re Jess Hilarious and Loren LoRosa, you lean into gossip and squash the “beef” by collaborating on an updated version of a ’90s R&B classic.

On Friday, March 28, The Breakfast Club hosts showed social media that it’s all good between them by dropping a parody of Brandy and Monica’s Grammy-winning hit, “The Boy Is Mine,” but playing on the rumors by changing the title to “The Job Is Mine.”

Jess Hilarious And Loren LoRosa Drop ‘The Job Is Mine’

In the video, Jess and Loren channel their best Bronica impersonations, complete with side-eyes and sassy lyrics that speak to the dust-up that has had fans of the popular radio show up in arms for the last week.

This is the latest move by Jess and Loren to show that despite some issues, they are committed to moving forward and leaving the drama behind.

On Wednesday, March 19, the two co-hosts talked it out on air during The Breakfast Club. The ladies didn’t hold back, as Jess shed light on how she felt that she was being pushed out in favor of Loren after she left on maternity leave to have her daughter.

“The issue is the whole narrative. I understand F the comments and F the people and all that. It’s not about them. It’s about how I’m feeling, too,” she said.

Meanwhile, Loren stressed that she was in no way attempting to take Jess’s job and hoped that the two could come together and continue to be professional.

“The way that I do things, when it comes to my job and my career, that’s not what we on, and I told you from the jump I was never gonna give that to you…Regardless you don’t got to love me, you don’t have to like me, but we’re here together. I’m here…We gotta figure this out,” Loren said.

“This will work but sometimes, this might have to happen, and it’s happening with love, because when I saw Jess crying I came in here because I care. You have to be okay for all of this to be okay and I’m a producer at the end of the day and you my talent. We’re going to be straight. Everything is going to be fine,” she added.

We’re happy to see that the ladies have moved beyond the drama and are at a place where they can have fun with all the talk surrounding them.
