Hip-Hop’s rising star Cardi B is officially having the best year ever. The Bodak Yellow rapper got engaged to her boyfriend Offset at last night’s Powerhouse concert in Philly. Offset got down on one knee and popped the question with an 8-carat ring in the middle of Cardi’s performance.
