‘Quantico’ Actress Pearl Thusi & Model Maria Borges Celebrate Their Blackness
FASHIZBLACK is an African-Parisian magazine making a print comeback with this powerful collectors issue! This quarterly magazine is for those who want everything African fashion, beauty, and lifestyle both here and abroad. Of course, they had to come with a strong cover and they chose their models wisely.
South African actress Pearl Thusi and Victoria Secret supermodel Maria Borges are Black and proud on the cover of FASHIZBLACK Magazine. The ladies pose with their natural hair, and wearing African clothing by African designers. Talk about Black pride!
The imagery is strong and beautiful. They chose Angolan-American model, Maria, who has modeled for everyone from Dior to Givenchy and graced runways in both New York City and Paris:
They also chose Quantico star, Pearl. Aside from acting, the model has her own hairline, Black Pearl, that will allow us to achieve a fabulous healthy Afro like hers!
I love how diverse and different these women look; however, together, achieve a beautiful representation of the African diaspora.
