Trey Songz Drops Surprise Mixtape

Trey Songz just pulled a Drake, who pulled a Beyonce, and dropped a surprise mixtape “Intermission” while we weren’t looking. And if you’re a Trey Songz fan like we are, you know Trigga’s best music can be found on his mixtapes.

The 6-track EP features songs like “Don’t Play” and “Good Girls vs. Bad Girls.” In true Trey Songz fashion, this is just the foreplay and his disc Trigga Reloaded, featuring the his single “Slow Motion,” will be released on June 23.

Speaking of Drake, he dropped a new single, “My Side” that will be featured on the physical copy of his mixtape “If You’re Reading This You’re Too Late” that’s set to hit shelves on April 21. The disc has already sold 809,522 copies following its digital release earlier this year.

In other Drizzy news, the Canadian” rapper says he didn’t make a disgusted face after kissing Madonna because she stole his soul, but because her lip gloss tasted funny.

Our girl Deborah Cox is back with a new single “More Than I Knew” off her upcoming album “Work Of Art.”

The Thaddeus Dixon produced ballad is classic Deborah Cox.

“I know my audience wanted that classic Deborah sound and I knew the best person to record my vocals is my long-time partner in song, Lascelles Stephens,” explains Deborah Cox. “He knows my voice and knows how to record my voice in a way that people ‘feel’ the performance. It was great to have Thaddeus’ backdrop musically. It enabled me to really hone in on the emotion and tell the story.”
