Justin Bieber is showing his true colors in a tape of his court deposition that TMZ has released.
The “Baby” singer is preparing for a trial that stems from a case last year. A photographer sued him last year for Bieber allegedly having his bodyguard attack him, after trying to take pictures of the Biebs outside of his Miami recording studio. Beiber’s team is helping him prepare his oral testimony for the case and aside from the singer’s smug attitude and arrogance, the most surprising — and confusing — part of the tape is when they ask him about Usher. Nick Cannon & More Scammed Out Of Thousands Of Dollars
Even if you’re worth millions, it doesn’t mean you can’t be scammed out of thousands.
Nick Cannon and a few athletes are the latest victims of a scam by a man in Los Angeles who promised to sell season tickets to the Miami Heat basketball games and give “partial ownership” of the team to those in the deal. According to reports, the alleged scammer George French Jones could be facing an intense prison sentence for the scam.
According to the California Attorney General’s office Jones ripped off Jarvis Green by promising him Miami Heat season tickets and partial ownership of the team.
He also made the same offer to Charles Woodson, Warren Moon and Nick Cannon.
He tried to get $50K from Woodson, $25K from Green and only $15K from Cannon. Moon was hit the hardest after he wired $200,000 to Jones.
Jones faces more than 30 years in prison if convicted. For now prosecutors want him held without bail, unless he can prove he’s paying it with legit funds, instead of his victims’ funds.

A new petition is calling for the Oscar-winning actress to replace Halle Berry as the superhero Storm in the “X-Men” movie franchise. According to reports, petition creator Jamie Broadnax wrote on Twitter that he’d volunteer as the leader of a “social media charge” to have Lupita play the iconic role and wrote about why movie producers should reconsider their casting choices.
This is important because listening to the demands of your consumer base means more than your own personal casting choices. She has the accent, the look, and the acting chops to play Storm as the comic book intended. Please kindly take this into consideration and respect the demand of Marvel consumers and fans of this amazing franchise. This petition was started based on the overwhelming responses to my tweet “I volunteer as tribute to lead a social media charge to get Lupita cast as Storm!”
Surprisingly, the petition has already garnered almost 600 signatures. But, considering that Halle has played Storm in pretty much all of the films, this seems pretty unlikely. But, wouldn’t Lupita be absolutely stunning?!
