Paula Deen Cleared Of Racial Discrimination Charges
Paula Deen has been cleared of all racial discrimination charges.
According to the Associated Press, a federal judge dismissed Lisa Jackson’s claims that the celebrity chef subjected her to racist attitudes and sexual harassment during the five years she worked at Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House.
U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore Jr. ruled that Jackson, Deen’s former restaurant manager, has no right to sue for racial discrimination because she’s white.

This lawsuit cost Paula Deen contracts with the Food Netowrk, Wal-Mart, Smithfield Foods, Sears and Kmart.
