We’ve come to the acquaintance of Rihanna’s beloved and late grandmother, affectionately known as “Gran Gran Dolly,” via the “Diamonds” singer’s Instagram. She’s shared countless pictures of Gran Gran Dolly from her younger days, up until the day of her death.
TMZ is reporting that Rihanna ditched the $150K funeral bill and her reps are saying those claims are completely false! Rihanna’s grandmother died in June of 2012 and her body was sent back to Rihanna’s island home of Barbados. The Roc Nation princess wanted to celebrated her grandmother’s life the only way she knew how–with a party, of course. That party included tents, multi-media large screens, huge exotic floral arrangements and that came at a hefty price–$150K, which it’s reported that Rihanna only paid a quarter of and refused to pay the rest of the balance.
The company that threw the party for Rihanna’s grandmother is suing her for the rest of the $150K she allegedly owes them.

Tameka Raymond was granted emergency custody of her son, Usher Raymond V after he nearly drowned while under Usher’s care. Tameka claimed Usher is not home 85% of the time, saying the “Let Me See” singer has been using third-party caregivers as opposed to giving his sons proper parenting time.
While under the care of Usher’s aunt, Rena Olden, Usher V dove into the family pool to retrieve a toy, got his arm stuck and had to be rescued by workers at Usher’s home. Tameka’s attorneys are using this tragic incident as grounds that Usher is never around to properly parent his children. “He’s not there. That’s the problem,” Tameka claims.
Tameka has had issues with Usher’s Aunt Rena in the past. She said the woman let a stalker into the home while Usher and the kids were there and she also says that Rena is too physical with the children when it comes to disciplining them.
We’re glad Tameka’s got custody as it’s only been about a year since she lost her son Kile in a jet ski accident. No one wants to lose their children and Tameka is only trying to hold her kids close. Here’s hoping she gets full custody! She tweeted that her son is fine this morning.
