PRESS PLAY: Mario & Nicki Minaj’s Love Story Ends In New Video, ‘Somebody Else’
Mario’s back!
After a long hiatus, the R&B crooner is back on the scene with a new music video featuring Nicki Minaj.
“Somebody Else,” produced by Polow Da Don, is the first track lifted from singer’s comeback album Restoration. It’s a classic breakup song about a relationship turned sour due to temptation and infidelity.

In the visuals for the new record, it appears that Nicki gets revenge for her on-screen boyfriend Mario by pushing him to his death from a balcony.
