Ciara is urging the ladies to get on the floor and “get your sexy on” in her latest single, “I’m Out,” featuring Nicki Minaj.

Just one day after their high energy performance at the 2013 BET Awards, Cici and Nicki drop the visuals for their new summer party anthem, shows the hip-hop divas rocking all white and flaunting their best tweaking moves.

Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the video seems to pull influences from Michael and Janet Jackson’s “Scream” and TLC’s “No Scrubs.”
