At yesterday’s Billboard Music Awards, TV personality Rocsi Diaz wore a cutout black mini dress paired with nude pointy toe pumps and gold hoop earrings. She continued the minimal look with a fresh face, complete with nude lipstick and lush lashes. Sometimes it’s the simple looks that are the most appealing.
