The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas is the location for celebs tonight as they indulge in a night of recognition as well as performances at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards! Prince (who is also the honoree icon of the night) will hit the stage for a once-in-a-lifetime performance.
