Kim Zolciak’s Husband To Adopt Her Two Daughters

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak definitely found herself a good man. Her husband of over a year, Kroy Biermann, has just filed paperwork to legally adopt her two daughters from her previous marriage.

According to reports, the Atlanta Falcons star loves 15-year-old Brielle and 11-year-old Ariana as his own and he now want to become their legal father.

Kroy, who filed the paperwork at a Georgia court, is scheduled to see a judge next month to finalize the process.

In related Kim news, she was recently hit with a lawsuit from her former co-star and producer Kandi Burruss. Kandi claims she was never paid royalties for producing Kim’s hit song “Tardy for the Party.”

However, Kim has shot back, saying all of Kandi’s claims are bogus and she’s just suing for publicity. Kim says Kandi was paid more than $23,000 in royalties.

“Two days before the reunion show is taped, the lawsuit lands on Kim’s desk. Awfully suspicious timing,” said Kim’s rep Mike Paul. “Maybe focusing on her next 15 minutes of fame should not have been the priority for Kandi versus three and a half years after the song was released, Kandi realizing she handled all aspects of the song in a very sloppy and messy way. We understand it is not the first time either. As Kandi is also a music industry veteran, it is also a shame.”
