2013 BET Honors Highlights: Alicia Keys Tributes Halle Berry, Brandy & Erykah Badu Perform & More!

The 2013 BET Honors aired last night honoring icons in the fields of music, literature, entertainment, media, and education. The event, which was taped a month ago in Washington D.C., highlighted Halle Berry, Chaka Khan, Clarence Avant, T.D. Jakes, Lisa Lesli for their humanitarian work with performances by Alicia Keys, Brandy, Erykah Badu, Mint Condition and Ledisi!

Halle Berry’s Acceptance Speech

“You are as complete a women as I want to be,” said Halle Berry as she stared at the always poignant Phylicia Rashad. Halle continued her speech with a written letter from one of the girls in her organization.

Ledisi- “Everlasting Love” and “Ain’t Nobody”
