The first time I saw Miguel perform live was at SOB’s in NYC–I specifically remember because I had interviewed him that same morning. The tone of his voice warmed my insides. It was there that I knew, he would be R&B’s next biggest star. His debut album All I Want Is You, won me over from the first song to the very last. You can tell he leaves a part of his soul on every track he composes.

Miguel performed his lead single “Adorn”–off his forthcoming album Kaleidoscope Dream–while on Big Boy’s radio show and stunned listeners with the clarity of his vocals. While most entertainer’s have problems when it comes to proving their talent without the addition of auto tune or enhancements, Miguel has no such issue.

He is set to hit the road on a 12-city tour to promote his newest collection of material. Catch the dates, below:
