How To Do Cat Eye Makeup
Cat eye makeup can seem daunting at first, but this quick tutorial tells you how to use both shadow and mascara to create the perfect cat eye to match your sex kitten look.
Black Matte Eye Shadow.
Starting where your lashes begin, draw a thin line all the way to the outer edges, extending it a half inch up into a wing.
Then thicken the line from the midpoint to the outer corner by going over it a couple more times–you should end up creating a triangle at the outer corner of each eye.
Trace over the eyeliner using a small angled brush to darken and fill in any gaps.
