Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos was in court today and a preliminary hearing for his alleged assault case was set for May 28.
According to mtvnews.com, his attorney told Superior Court Judge Patricia M. Schnegg that he intends to file a motion soon seeking access to Los Angeles Police Department records that may help Chris’ case.

The motion seeks access to personnel records, and Geragos told Schnegg he was looking for evidence of possible police misconduct.
