‘The Carmichael Show’ Star Lil Rel Howery Arrested Over Road Rage Incident
Comedian Lil Rel Howery was arrested for allegedly punching a motorist in the face Sunday, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Howery, who stars on The Carmichael Show, was reportedly a passenger in a vehicle that slammed into another car late Sunday evening. The victim allegedly attempted to call 911, at which time Howery reportedly punched him in the face.
Howery’s driver allegedly then fled the scene.
The comedian was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. He was released Monday on $1,500 bond.
The victim was treated for minor injuries, the Tribune reports.
