The “Empire” star was Monday’s guest host for Live With Kelly following Michael Strahan’s departure a few weeks ago. Jussie and Kelly Ripa donned pajamas so that guest Mariah Carey, who showed up in a gorgeous negligee and matching robe, would feel comfortable.
When Mimi stepped on stage, Jussie dropped to his knees to salute the queen diva, who later explained why she likes to be carried around backstage. Mimi also shared details about her wedding, her stunning engagement ring and why she only hires male dancers.
