Tracee Ellis Ross Shares The Shocking First Time She Met Prince
During an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, actress Tracee Ellis Ross recalled the first time she met Prince. The Black-ish star said she was about 11-years-old when her mother, Diana Ross took her to his concert and she was starstruck when she met ‘The Purple One’ backstage.
“He went to walk away and he turned around and he was wearing chaps with nothing else underneath and his just bare bottom was exposed,” said Tracee. “And I was like woo my god. Like as a child I was like that’s disgusting and I was like mom that is so gross and she goes ‘no, that’s cool.’”
With Prince being such a global icon with millions of fans around the world Tracee went on to extend her condolences to the legend’s family members.
“When you love somebody that’s that magical that the world loves them you have to share them with the world. I just hope that those people are having their moment to grieve the loss of their friend.”
