Bill Cosby Drops Defamation Case Against Beverly Johnson

Bill Cosby has reportedly put his case against Beverly Johnson on hold until his pending criminal case is resolved, TMZ reports.

The exiled comedian asked the judge to dismiss the case that claimed Johnson lied about Cosby in order to boost her career.

His lawyer stated that the case will be revisited once the verdict is handed down for his felony assault case.

So, Beverly isn’t off the hook and neither is Cosby. We will keep you updated as more unfolds.

So here’s a #flashbackfriday for you. Do you remember P. Diddy’s failed attempt at making “Da Band?”

Well, former member Sarah Stokes is allegedly suing BET for destroying her public image.

While the singer was sitting in Saint Clair County Jail in Michigan for beating up her significant other, BET reportedly convinced her she could re-write her story by appearing on Queen Latifah’s new reality project, “From The Bottom Up.”

Instead of spinning her narrative to a positive one, Stokes says the network took advantage of her and trashed her name, TMZ reports.

We will see how this unfolds once she is released.
