Police Draw Guns On Hip-Hop Mogul Memphitz After He Allegedly Threatens Landlord

Memphitz was allegedly at the center of a police raid in LA today.
The hip-hop mogul got into a heated argument with his landlord over the living conditions in his building.
The landlord called 911 after Memphitz left the dispute, claiming he was going to come back with a gun, TMZ reports.Â
The police showed up to the apartment complex, guns drawn, but Memphitz was nowhere to be found.
We hope he moves out and avoids further conflict with his landlord!
