By now we know that Janet Jackson, the original Muvah, is planning a comeback. Her fans are still riding for her, and she evens stands to gain new fans because, let’s be real, without Janet, there would be none of the female pop singers (like BeyoncĂ©, Rihanna, Ciara, etc) that we revere today.
Speaking of all the newness around here, there’s more news from Jackson’s camp. The 49-year-old icon will drop a new single within 30 days, according to Billboard. Yaaaassss!
What will she do? Will it be pop and dancey, or the nasty Miss Jackson we’ve come to know over these years? Personally, I think she’s going to combine both somehow. She is an icon and all, but she does still have some competition. It’s time to come out and slay, and show people she still has it! My money is on a Janet Jackson and Beyonce or Nicki Minaj collaboration.
