UPDATE: The charges against Chris Brown have been dropped. According to reports, the victim told cops he wanted to drop the case with no explanation. Happy Birthday Breezy.

Chris Brown is a suspect in an alleged battery case that occurred at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas this morning.
According to TMZ, Breezy was accused of punching a man in the face during a basketball game. Chris reportedly got into an argument with one of the players and allegedly struck him. Police responded to the scene but did not speak to Breezy.
