Pharrell Goes Anime For ‘It Girl’ Video, Are You Feeling It? [POLL]
It was only a matter of time before Pharrell (and his hat) turned into an anime character, and it’s finally happened in his video for “It Girl.”
The producer has never hidden his love for things like video games, anime and skateboarding. He brought those things together for the animated visual produced by Takashi Murakami.

But things went from “kawaii” to slightly creepy when he began playing a fan-service packed dating video game, where a barely adolescent girl was the girl of his dreams. He was seriously plotting on how to win her heart in the game, and that included giving her a dolphin-shaped jet with laser blasters.
