“These Hoes Ain’t Loyal” Pastor Responds To Backlash
When pastors mention or quote Chris Brown, it’s usually because they’re praying for the troubled star or shunning him for what he did to Rihanna. It isn’t often that they use his lyrics for their sermon. Pastor James Bryant of the Empowerment Temple in Baltimore, Maryland set the Internet ablaze with a 40 second clip of him citing “Theses Hoes Ain’t Loyal” in his a sermon titled “I’m My Enemies Worst Nightmare.”
The video went viral and as you can imagine, religious and non-religious people are upset about it. Church-goers who are familiar with Pastor Bryant’s preaching style say his methods are based on his efforts to appeal to the youth. We can’t say we’re so mad at him for trying to get through to younger audiences. In a time when men are cornering children in the elevator then stabbing them to death, it seems silly to condemn Pastor Bryant for trying to service Chicago youngsters.

Women could’ve got the right to vote earlier They could’ve had the right to own property sooner if he in that right moment would’ve listened to what the woman of God spoke over his life, trying to help him. Pastor Bryant responded to the criticism on Twitter, “Don’t critique a quote when you never heard message! 20 seconds of a 30 minute message is incomplete assessment Dear Family @TJMShow fell into a sensationalized quote & regrettably lent no context. Be mad whole not in part,” he said.
Of course we would have preferred that he omit the word “hoe” from the church, but we applaud his intentions. Pastor Bryant called into “The James Fortune Show” this morning to clarify his statements. “When you don’t have a God-given woman, you end up with a woman someone gave you,” he explained. “I didn’t call anybody that,” he said. “It’s the same profession that Maya Angelou had as a teen parent.” (He tried it).
Apparently, these pastor’s ain’t loyal either. According to NecoleBitchie, Bryant cheated on his wife a few years back and it resulted in their divorce.

Our girl Tamar Braxton is facing some legal trouble. A songwriter is claiming that Tamar not only stole her song, “One On One Fun,” but ripped her vocals as well!
A new lawsuit from Emmi Kozulin claims that she co-wrote “One on One Fun” with the assistance of Angela Hunte. Kozulin allegedly recorded a version of the song before giving it to Tamar to use on her album “Love & War.” (We totally understand if you haven’t heard “One On One Fun,” it’s not a great song). Apparently Tamar’s version of “One On One Fun” features Kozulin’s voice, so Kozulin is suing, as co-writer of the song, for 50% of the royalties and damages.
According to TMZ, Tamar’s rep says this matter “has nothing to do with Tamar.”

Nicki Minaj may not be engaged (so she’s yet to admit), but the “YASSS” rapper already has the perfect wedding planned out in her mind.

Yesterday, a racist stripper by the name of Janelle Ambrosia shocked the Internet with a “n-word” rant that was so ridiculous it felt comical, and today Justin Bieber is in the hot seat for his use of the same derogatory word. An old video of Bieber joking about black people and using the “n-word” surfaced online and if Blacks weren’t experiencing enough racism for one week, yet another vid has been released. In this footage, Justin changes the lyrics to his song “One Less Lonely Girl,” replacing the word “girl” with “n*gger.”
The video was shot when Bieber was just 14 or 15-years-old, and while we’re not giving him a pass per say, we understand that he was young and dumb and may not have understood the severity of his comments. Besides, the footage was before Beiber’s “I want to be Black” phase. The only “n-word” he’s using now-a-days is when he recites Lil Wayne songs. Speaking of Lil Wayne, and Young Money aren’t offended by Bieb’s use of the “n-word.”
Justin has “legitimately adopted the culture of the hip hop, African American culture,” Mack Maine, Young Money President, said. “Bieber does not have a slave mentality. He treats his people with respect,” he added. Al Sharpton called the video “troubling.” Usher, who discovered Bieber, plead the 5th when asked about Bieb’s racist rants. (Chile, he has an album coming out, he does not care).
Beiber apologized for the first video saying, “I thought it was OK to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance.”
We’re not going to file him under the Donald Sterling chapter of racists just yet.

President Obama was secretly filmed while working out in Poland and the footage hit the Internet. The 90-second clip shows the POTUS lifting weights as he toned his arms and legs in a not-so-sexy routine. It’s actually quite awkward to watch and one of the reasons cameras should not be allowed in the gym. But hey, who has perfect form anyways?
And get this, he even makes ugly struggle faces and wears headphones while working out, just like us! He’s so cool.
