Drake Proves He’s Ready To Take Over ’SNL’ In New Promos
This weekend, Drake will make his hosting debut on “Saturday Night Live” and judging by the newly-released promos he’s more than ready for the job!
The rapper showed off his acting chops in the promotional clip, which featured cast members Bobby Moynihan and Jay Pharoah. In one skit, he poked fun at his days on “Degrassi,” and in other breakup scene, he declared himself “the saddest boy in all of Canada.”

Although we are looking forward to seeing Drizzy’s sketch comedy skills, we must admit that we are even more excited for Sasheer Zamata,LaKendra Tookes and Leslie Jones’s debut! Earlier this month, the show hired Zamata as the first Black female cast member in six years, and Tookes and Jones as new writers.
Looks like ‘SNL’ is getting it all right.
