Judge Dismisses DMX’s Bankruptcy Case
It looks like DMX will have to pay all his bills because the court is not buying his bankruptcy story.
According to reports, a New York judge tossed out the rapper’s Chapter 11 filing, forcing him to pay all of his creditors. His biggest debt is $1.3 million in back child support owed to his 10 children.
Sources say the 42-year-old entertainer did not provide “trustworthy information” in his bankruptcy case, which ultimately lead to its dismissal.
“Despite this recent obstacle, the team will continue to move forward with DMX’s national performances,” DMX’s spokesperson Domenick Nati said. “We are still working relentlessly at obtaining his passport for his fan overseas.”

Usher Sued For “Caught Up”
Three men filed a lawsuit against Usher for allegedly stealing the 2004 hit song, “Caught Up.”
According to TMZ, Zacharia Edwards, Mitch Moses and Vince McClean claim they wrote the record about a man lost in love in 2002. They played the song for Arista, Usher’s record label, and two years later they heard the R&B crooner singing the track on the radio.
