I remember early in my motherhood journey (my son is 18-years-old now and I’ve officially thrown him out into the world) I would get overwhelmed easily. Breastfeeding, potty training, children’s play dates, carpooling, doing homework–it seemed like the chores and demands of being a mother never ended. But there’s one mother who seems to have it down with no sweat.
Singer, songwriter, and producer Monica Brown is a mother of three adorable children. She managed to sneak away from her newborn for a few hours to chat with me about life lessons, having a great parent-teacher relationship, how social media has helped her stay connected with her fans, and her next big project.
