Keri Hilson Embodies T-Boz
The VH1 biopic “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story” aired last night and celebs, fans and Black Twitter alike reacted favorable to the nostalgic production. Keri Hilson particularly thanked TLC because they allowed her to be herself–a baggy pants, midruff wearing tomboy.

Rihanna Burns Chris’ Clothes
Rihanna pulled a Bernie (“Waiting To Exhale”) and allegedly set fire to her ex Chris Brown’s belongings in a spiritual healing ritual, reports Now Magazine. Sources claim the bad gal doesn’t feel like Brown takes responsibility for his actions when he assaulted her in 2009. Brown commented on the anger classes he had to take after the violent altercation. “I think the class I went to was a little bit sexist,” he said. “It was beneficial because it made me cater more to a woman’s thoughts and needs and how to handle situations[…] But it only tells you you’re wrong, you’re wrong, you’re wrong.”
The tipster says Rihanna was “disgusted” by his statements. “He’s taken zero responsibility for what he did and is still painting himself as a victim. ‘She’s told friends she’s totally done with him and held a ‘ritual burning ceremony’ last week of his letters and gifts.”

Could Rashida be taking aim at Kim Kardashian and Nick Minaj who both crashed the Internet when they posted scantily clad photos of their secondary sexual characteristics on Instagram?
Shout out to Quincy for giving his daughter the Blackest name he could think of.

Diddy Launches Revolt TV
Diddy took a break from getting his feet rubbed by Cassie to launch his latest business venture, Revolt TV. Last night, viewers tuned in to watch Diddy make history. Revolt’s main focus is provide a platform for Black music in an era where the MTV and VH1 have shifted programming to reality TV and other similar projects. Diddy, on the promo trail, visited Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” where he dished on why he started the network.
“I really went the ‘brand’ route. I really put a bet on music and a bet on technology. When I started seeing the festivals go from one weekend to two weekends and just as far as the way music is consumed at an all-time high right now, if you think about it, in about five years, television will actually be everywhere. It will be on your mobile devices, it will be worldwide. So that’s really the opportunity that I saw. I saw that there was no ESPN of music. There was no CNN of music. There was no one trusted destination,” he said.
Did you guys tune in? What do you think, is this another Diddy ploy or is this big for Black entertainment.
