Solange released the visual for her catchy and melodic tune, “Lovers In The Parking Lot” from her True EP on the homepage of The Creators Project. Solange took creative control of this simple, but stunning video, filming exclusively in her hometown of Houston, TX and directing it alongside Peter J. Bryant. Solo had previously released a snippet of the video on her record label’s site, http://www.saintrecords.com. The best part of the video, aside from Solange’s Grace Jones-inspired dance moves are the cameos from Houston native, Bun B and former Cash Money Millionaire, Manny Fresh.

Emeli Sande-“My Kind Of Love” (RedOne and Alex P Remix)
Emeli Sande shared a snippet of her new “My Kind Of Love” video on her Instagram and we were instantly struck by the creative use of spitting bullets. Sande can be seen in the video singing the potent lyrics of the song with passion as she tells the story of sticking with your lover through their and your imperfections.
The video is a powerful display of the true damage of words and a must-see!
J. Cole deserves some type of special recognition for this video! We weren’t expecting the emotional and almost movie-like factor, but it was a pleasant surprise. The video for “Crooked Smile” is honestly making us want to go back and purchase his second album, Born Sinner. His message is extremely timely and potent–waking the younger generation up to the ills of choosing the wrong path in life and at the same time, urging authorities to reconsider their war on drugs. We’re loving Jessie J’s infectious and clear vocals, mixed with her energetic sound. Teaming up with one of R&B’s greatest voices, “Conquer The World” is an uplifting and memorable tune. It’s definitely going to be in heavy rotation for us!
