Even though Princess Kate Middleton and Pop Culture Princess Kim Kardashian have both had their precious bundles of joy, there’s no one baby more fabulous that Beyonce and Jay Z’s. Blue Ivy’s done it again. The adorable tot has managed to look absolutely adorable, mean-mugging the paparazzi per usual as she boarded a gorgeous yacht for a relaxing trip to Ibiza with her superstar parents.
Blue Ivy definitely has more stamps on her passport than I do. Blue Ivy and Beyonce were in Philly for Daddy’s Made In America Festival. The Carters are taking a well-deserved break in Spain, likely celebrating Bey’s 32nd birthday, before having to show up for the Latin American leg of her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. “Basketball Wives” is back and that means more drama than basketball or actual marriage. Evelyn Lozada bravely appeared on the new season in Miami, speaking with her therapist about the domestic violence she faced with then-husband, Chad Ochocinco.
Evelyn hasn’t been too vocal about her struggle with being married to Chad. Now, on the new season, she’s choosing to open up. “I never thought that Evelyn was going to be perfect or that Chad was going to be perfect. I get it. Relationships are hard, especially ours. We’re public and what we do puts more strain on the relationship, but I’m like, you didn’t even try. I don’t care if my marriage was the laughing stock of the world,” Evelyn candidly spoke with her therapist.
When Evelyn told him that she would never have kids with him, Chad lost it. “He just flipped. It was like he blacked,” Evelyn revealed of the night she ended up being abused by Chad.

Sadly, being a Black woman isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. According to Tiny’s best friend and hairstylist, Shekinah, “White people never have drama. Black girls always going through some sh*t.”
“If I was White, I’d probably be married by now,” Shekinah laments as if it’s her skin color that’s keeping her from having a ring on it. “I’d have good hair. My eyes would be green,” she continues.
Tiny hit it right on the head when she said, “You’re sounding crazy right now,” but that didn’t stop her from helping her best friend on her “White Adventure.” Shekinah created a list of “White girl activities” that would help her live her drama-free and White life. SMH. This was a sneak peek of what we can look forward to on the next episode of “T.I. And Tiny.”
I agree with Clutch’s perception of the deeper issue of mental slavery. Shekinah is perpetuating the sad stereotype that many Blacks have against themselves. She thinks that White people have no drama, their hair is better and their lives are much simpler because they sip tea and do yoga. Black people do all these things too, but, “in Shekinah’s world, white is inherently more sophisticated and pulled-together, and black is unstable, unrefined and full of drama.”

Who knew that Tyler Perry had the annointing to go around laying hands on pastors?! The movie mogul took the foundation of her entertainment offering right back to church to be a blessing for T.D. Jakes during Megafest in his Dallas, TX church.
“I love to give,” Tyler Perry started. “When you have favor…come on somebody. They don’t understand it in Hollywood, but let me tell you about the blood of Jesus!” Perry went on to tell a testimony about growing up poor and having Jesus.
“I’ve just been touched to give a million dollars,” Tyler said. “God I don’t know what you’re doing but I heard your voice. “ Slipping into to tongues and gaining the applause of the megachurch, Perry went into a prayer, thanking God for his blessing and then blessing Pastor T. D. Jakes, while laying hands on him. The Urban Daily is reporting that the million dollars is set to help Jakes build a youth center. Well, praise Him!
