This sweet young thang is simple yet powerful in flavor. An apple a day keeps the doctor away and who doesn’t love getting all warm and fuzzy with a kiwi?! And of course wherever cool green things are cucumber is usually involved. Your gonna love this incredible juice.

Ms. Georgia Peach: Day 17

Ingredients

Peaches- 3 medium

Gala Apple- 1 medium

Mint- 1 handful

My favorite FitGirl ever is my mommy! Georgia is her name and she is sweeter than a peach. She has gorgeous skin (thank you God for maternal genes!) which is fitting since this refreshing combination of juices and herbs is great for energy levels and your skin! Cheers to the best mom in the world!

Liza’s Lovely Long Locks: Day 18

My Spelman sister Jenay is a juicing queen, so I certainly couldn’t leave her out of “FitGirl Shout Out Week.” Beetroot juice has been shown to help the body respond better to exercise, by balancing oxygen use and increasing stamina…so I sipped half of this baby before my run today and the other half after. I can never decide if I should drink OJ are AJ. A girl should never have to choose…that’s why I just have both! A great source of fiber (add a little of the pulp back), Vitamin C , Potassium and soooo much more. P.S. This only makes a shot size so sip, don’t gulp. However smacking is welcomed.

Oh my goodness I can’t believe it took me 29 days to discover this gem?! Literally the perfect fusion of sweet and sour. It is like a healthy Sour Patch Kid in a glass. Fill up several shot glasses and toast everyone you meet with good health.
