The end of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” reopened a familiar void in our hearts, but if it’s any consolation, the wildly successful VH1 franchise will soon be back! Last night, we bid adieu to Joseline, Stevie, Mimi, Scrappy, Erica and the rest of the crew. However, we were sent off in grand fashion as Joseline revealed a shocking sex secret. Before we get there, let’s talk about a few other memorable moments.
Erica Dixon & Scrappy Make It Clear
While we’ll probably never understand Scrappy cheated on his baby’s mother Erica Dixon, or why any man betrays the woman he loves, it’s pretty obvious how the “Put The Paws On Em'” rapper feels for her and vice versa. That doesn’t mean they can be together though, especially when Momma Dee (Scrappy’s invasive mother) is involved. Momma Dee made it clear, she doesn’t share Scrappy’s feelings for Erica, nor is she required to. Shay, who contends that she’s moved on, joined the ex-couple and parents on stage but nothing progressive came from their dialogue because the ladies simply hurled diss after diss at one another.
Stevie Apologized To Mimi
This season, we witnessed Stevie mature in many ways. For instance, he finally declared Joseline as his main woman and even admitted that he loves her. Stevie is changing for the better and on the reunion show he apologized to Mimi for all the pain he put her through (you know: embarrassing her on national TV, cheating on her with a stripper, leaving her for a stripper, then becoming life partners with a stripper).
Stevie Fronted On Nikko…AGAIN
When will Nikko learn not to go toe-to-toe with a boss? As much as we despise Stevie’s dirty dog ways, we cheered for him when shut down Mimi’s new boo, who is just as phony as the noisy Rolex watch he bought Mimi. Instead of duking it out (there was too much security for that), Stevie made it rain on Nikko and his muscle shirt. Mimi also confessed, that despite Nikko’s disrespectful line about her being damaged goods, they’re still dating. Boo.
