Waka Flocka Flame is in talks to sign Amanda Bynes to his label Brick Squad and produce her debut album. The title for Bynes’ alleged rap project? “Shots.” According to Rap-Up, Waka texts Bynes (more known for rocking a disheveled blonde wig and throwing a bong from the window of her 35th floor apartment than her acting chops) everyday and thinks the album will be “crazy hot.”

We couldn’t disagree more! When asked if he questions her mental state, the “Hard In The Paint” rapper said “Not at all. She has it all together to me. She is cool as hell and ready for the rap world. I think she is going to kill the game.”
