Meagan Good and Will Ferrell share an onscreen romance in the upcoming comedy Anchorman: The Legend Continues.
In the film’s trailer, funnyman Ferrell tries “to break down the barriers of race” by cracking jokes during a humorous dinner table scene with Good character’s Black family.

“I don’t read Jet Magazine, or Jheri Curl Daily,” he says. “I’m breaking down the barriers of race by assimilation. And on that note which one of you convicts with the longest record can pass me the mashed potatoes?”
In the highly-anticipated sequel, Ferrell returns as Ron Burgundy, only this time he works at a 24/7 cable news network.
With the 70’s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) – All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy… while taking New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
Kanye West and Drake are also expected to make cameo appearances in the Adam McKay- directed flick, which is will hit theaters on December 20.
