2011 Billboard Music Awards Arrivals: Who Looked Hottest?
Celebrities hit the white carpet for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. Rihanna blended into the backdrop in an all-white, low cut pantsuit and Beyonce also put double-sided tape to use in a form-fitting black dress with embellishment.
Kelly Rowland showed off her curves in a bandage-style hot pink dress, and Keri Hilson kept the neon trend going in a sheer 70’s-inspired yellow number.
