Keke Palmer To Produce First Film!
Keke Palmer, of “Akeelah & The Bee” and “Madea” film fame, has just announced that she will be producing her first movie. And she’s only 18!
She will be starring in and producing a new musical film “Ragz,” also produced by TeenNick Chairman, Nick Cannon.
Rodney Jerkins will serve as music supervisor, and music video director, Bille Woodruff, will serve as director.
Keke posted on her official site, “I loved the project so much that I wanted to be a producer on it as well , I even got to make suggestions on the script which influenced the music, and speaking of the music, we were so fortunate to have been able to steal Rodney Jerkins, and his amazing writing team, away from American Idol long enough to write all of the fabulous music!!”
