Is Beyonce Getting Her Own Fragrance?
Is there anything that Beyonce cannot do? We’re surprised that it has taken the star this long to get involved in the fragrance business.
We just came across this little tidbit on fashionrules.com and it made us go hmmm…
Jay-Z recently signed a mega deal with Parlux fragrances to market and distribute fragrances for his stable of talent including Rihanna and Kanye (apparently he controls the rights to these through his Iconic Fragrances LLC). What went unnoticed was the press release said Iconic Fragrances was in the final stages of obtaining the fragrance rights to a “well known female recording artist”.
Beyonce, the top earning female celebrity, has yet to sign with one of the mega players, Estee Lauder, Coty, P and G, meaning she should be free and clear to sign up with her husbands company and create a series of Beyonce fragrances.
This has to be the hardest working woman in show business.
